The National 모바일 바카라 Museum marks its 80th anniversary this year. It opened just two months after Korea’s liberation from colonial rule. It was a difficult time, but the leaders of the era believed that 모바일 바카라 and technology were the foundation of national strength and essential for Korea’s future. Kwon Seok-min, director of the National 모바일 바카라 Museum, shares the same belief. He is convinced that the scientific and technological achievements built through hardship are what made today’s Korea possible—and what will shape its future.

Why must people visit a 모바일 바카라 museum?

This is the question Director Kwon Seok-min asked himself when he began his term in June 2024. After all, anyone can find vast amounts of scientific information with just 30 minutes on YouTube. But he believes a 모바일 바카라 museum offers something different—a tangible experience. Visitors can hear machines whirring and see them move. Sometimes they can even operate them or sit in the cockpit. A 모바일 바카라 museum allows people to engage with 모바일 바카라 and technology through their whole body.

Kwon hopes children who visit the museum, curious about robots, spaceships, drones, and artificial intelligence, will one day become scientists or engineers who lead Korea’s future. At a meeting on April 10 at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, he expressed this wish: “I hope that one day, a scientist representing Korea will say, ‘My dream began when I visited the 모바일 바카라 museum as a child.’”

You are leading Korea’s premier 모바일 바카라 museum. What does 모바일 바카라 mean to you personally?

We recently held an exhibition in the UK. What struck me was how people there viewed 모바일 바카라 as a part of everyday life. Expressions like “모바일 바카라 is everywhere” and “모바일 바카라 is for everyone” captured this mindset well.

To me, 모바일 바카라 is the language through which we understand the world, and a tool of wisdom that turns human imagination into reality. Even in Korea, 모바일 바카라 permeates daily life. From AI in smartphones to battery technology in electric cars to the clean water we drink—모바일 바카라 is behind it all.

I want to show people that 모바일 바카라 enhances our lives and guides us into the future. I believe the mission of a 모바일 바카라 museum is to present 모바일 바카라 as interesting, valuable, and moving—this is also the true meaning and value that 모바일 바카라 brings to society.

How did your journey with 모바일 바카라 begin?

I’ve always been curious and eager to learn. From a young age, I was interested in 모바일 바카라. When I started public service, I joined the 모바일 바카라 and technology sector, and for nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in innovation, policy, and national R&D planning and management.

In essence, I’ve spent my career supporting scientists and technologists. I truly believe 모바일 바카라 and technology are Korea’s only path to survival and prosperity—especially since we lack natural resources and weren’t a wealthy country. Young people developed technologies through hard work, and that effort helped companies grow. I believe today’s Korea was built on a foundation of 모바일 바카라 and technology.

As director of the National 모바일 바카라 Museum for nearly a year now, what values guide your leadership?

I’m focused on making 모바일 바카라 and technology fun and accessible to the public. Our museum is the place where people can encounter 모바일 바카라 culture in real life.

While 모바일 바카라 policy sets national goals and strategies, a 모바일 바카라 museum should allow people to experience the flavor and joy of 모바일 바카라—its benefits and social value—in a way they can relate to emotionally.

Your new event, “TechConE,” seems aligned with that goal.

Last year, we hosted a lecture-based event called “New Technology Talks,” which was well received. This year, we wanted to go beyond lectures and include demos, hands-on activities, arts, performances, and participatory experiences.

“TechConE” combines “Technology Connection” with an “E” for “Extension.” The first event, held on April 26–27, is titled “Robots in Everyday Life.” Future events will cover different themes.

We carefully designed the event to blend 모바일 바카라, technology, and the arts in a way that felt natural. Thanks to the involvement of robotics companies and research institutes, we created a solid framework for a true festival.

I was reminded that when public institutions set meaningful goals and private companies contribute organically, we can create events that truly delight the public.

I felt this was an event where technology takes a step closer to the people. What is its ultimate goal?

We live in a time when technology has a massive impact. Those who master cutting-edge technologies gain wealth and power. Steve Jobs and Elon Musk are prime examples—they’re practically emperors of high-tech. Their influence rivals that of national leaders.

Ordinary people admire advanced technologies, but they often feel those technologies are distant or hard to understand. That’s why we wanted this event to let people experience technology firsthand, ask questions, and be inspired.

Technology shines when it connects with people. This isn’t just about showing off machines—it’s about helping people sense how technology changes lives and creates new possibilities.

I hope this event sparks inspiration in young people and helps children dream new dreams about 모바일 바카라.

You’ve emphasized that 모바일 바카라 and technology are essential if Korea is to produce global entrepreneurs.

You can never overstate the importance of 모바일 바카라 and technology. But young people also need real-life role models.

Among the robotics companies at this event is Rainbow Robotics, a startup formed by KAIST professors and students. Today, it’s worth about 5 trillion won. I’ve heard that some of its major shareholders are now billionaires.

It’s an important message: pursuing 모바일 바카라 and technology doesn’t mean a life of struggle. It can also lead to incredible wealth.

Right now, too many smart young Koreans are concentrated in only a few career paths. That’s not good for them or for society. People should pursue what excites them. They can find happiness—and extraordinary rewards—doing so.

You seem to take a very realistic approach as museum director.

I believe the goal should be lofty, but the method must be realistic. When I started as director, I asked the staff three questions: First, when people can learn almost anything from YouTube, why should they come to a 모바일 바카라 museum?

Second, how is a 모바일 바카라 museum different from an art or history museum?Third, how can we create a unique identity for our museum? And finally, what role should a national 모바일 바카라 museum play for the country?A month later, we held a report session together. I didn’t dictate everything from above.

Too much idealism just burns out the staff. I told them: “Let’s share a big vision, but let’s start by building confidence through small wins. I’m a realist with idealistic goals.”

I’ve heard you champion the idea that 모바일 바카라 museums must be fun.

Working in 모바일 바카라 and technology, I’ve often pondered its meaning and value. Personally, I’ve come to think of the joy of 모바일 바카라 in three forms:

First is “Chi-rak” (知樂), the joy of discovering new scientific principles or knowledge.
Second is “Yi-rak” (利樂), the joy of applying 모바일 바카라 to solve social problems, create new industries, and build national and personal wealth.
Third is “Dong-rak” (同樂), the joy of sharing 모바일 바카라 with others in fun and inspiring ways—this is the domain of 모바일 바카라 museums like ours.

This is both the 80th anniversary of Korea’s liberation and the museum’s founding. What plans do you have beyond TechConE?

The predecessor to our museum opened in October 1945, just two months after liberation. It was a difficult time, but they believed in 모바일 바카라 as national power.

Our 80th anniversary slogan is “New-Turn: A New Transformation.” Throughout 2025, we’re planning events, exhibitions, and educational programs to help people of all ages experience the joy and meaning of 모바일 바카라.

We’ll host the K-모바일 바카라 global exhibition “The Sound of 모바일 바카라 in Joseon Instruments” (April), the 54th 모바일 바카라 Day (April), “모바일 바카라 Beyond Boundaries: Music Edition” (April), a photo exhibit on future tech (July), a cutting-edge biotech showcase (October), year-round anniversary programs, “Space-Like Space” (May), a dinosaur expo (June), and a quirky academic festival for pets called “Meow & Woof 모바일 바카라” (August).

As director, what’s your biggest goal during your term? And personally, what achievement do you hope to accomplish in life?

My top priority is launching the construction of a “모바일 바카라 Experience Land”—a converged 모바일 바카라 culture space with an outdoor 모바일 바카라 plaza, immersive exhibitions, and media façades where everyone can experience 모바일 바카라 hands-on.

I want to be remembered as someone who made the National 모바일 바카라 Museum a place where 모바일 바카라 is fun and inspires hope for the future.

I want to see kids and families so immersed in the museum they don’t want to go home—and can’t wait to return.

And one day, I hope to hear a great Korean scientist say: “My dream of becoming a scientist began after visiting the National 모바일 바카라 Museum as a child.”

That’s my life’s dream: to help children discover 모바일 바카라 and grow into people who make Korea a better place.
